Working at Middlemore Hospital’s Dental Unit in his first year out of Dental School gave Dave the grounding to develop his interest in Oral Surgery.
Dave has been removing difficult wisdom teeth for over 30 years, both in his private practice and at Whangarei Hospital. He also routinely treats patients with dental cysts, impacted teeth, oral cancers, TMJ disorders and other oral pathologies.
With the advantage of having in-house general anesthesia or intravenous sedation with a fully qualified anaesthetist and anaesthetic technician, most patients requiring surgery are able to have their surgical treatment in the rooms at 19 Maunu Road.
